Designer and manufacturer of intelligent LED lighting fixtures, NexPhase Lighting has received an order from the 1060 Brickell Avenue Condominium Association to deliver more than 800 units of 15 W PAR 38 and 5 W MR16 LED lamps. NexPhase Lighting is a subsidiary of Infospi.
Since July 2010, the required products have been on trial and in January 2011 the first phase of LED adoption was approved by the Association’s Board of Directors.
The President of NexPhase, Jon Cooper stated that the installations will be completed within a month. The association is expected to benefit from the first phase of LED installation and can reduce its electricity costs by $4100 within a month.
Replacing the 50 W Halogen lamps is the 5 W MR16 LED product, which is suitable for use in building interiors and can be deployed across residential areas and lobbies. Designed for exteriors such as the building entrance area is the 15 W PAR 38 LED product, which will replace the 100 W Halogen lamps.
