Light fitting manufacturer, COOPER Crouse-Hinds has introduced a new LED luminaire for low temperature applications that require quick illumination.
LED Bulkhead Luminare
The AB 05 LED luminaire is suitable for environments such as storage areas, stairwells, corridors, and gangways and space-constrained areas.
The LED luminaire can be utilized in explosive dust atmospheres of Zone 22 and Zone 21, and explosive gas atmospheres of Zone 2 and Zone s1, complying with the ATEX standards. The luminaire features a new LED technology that offers various benefits such as cost savings, energy savings; maximum light distribution for medium and low suspension heights; increased efficiency; high light output; and durability.
The AB 05 bulkhead LED luminaire is an eco-friendly, UV- and IR-free light source with resistance to vibrations and shocks. In addition, the luminaire can be wall or ceiling-mounted and operates in -40°C to 55°C ambient temperatures. The LED luminaire is ideal for unsafe and harsh conditions, as well as for dusty and damp environments including chemical, petrochemicals, offshore gas and oil plants.
