Underwriters Labs Notifies About Holiday Lighting Products with Counterfeit UL Listing Mark

Underwriters Laboratories (UL) is notifying consumers and retailers that the holiday lighting products, identified below, bear a counterfeit UL Listing Mark. These products have not been evaluated by UL to the appropriate Standard for Safety, and are not authorized to bear the UL Mark. It is unknown if these products comply with UL safety requirements.

Name of Product: "Santa's Magic Christmas" Decorative Lighting String and "100 sphere light" Decorative Outfit

The cord is provided with an unauthorized UL holographic label consisting of the UL Listing Mark and the following:
