Canon USA has unveiled two new color image scanners called the CanoScan LiDE 110 and the LiDE 210 that offer high-speed options without compromising the image quality. The scanners are small and sleek, and the LiDE 210 is the thinnest Canon scanner in the market. The scanners are also user-friendly and cost-efficient.
Canon LiDE210 Image Scanner
The LiDE 110 scanner has a color resolution of 2400 x 4800 dpi, while the LiDE 210 has offers a color resolution of 4800 x 4800 dpi. Readability of documents is ensured with the inclusion of an Auto Document Fix, which blackens and sharpens the text. The scanners also feature an Auto Scan mode that alters the settings automatically by identifying the type of the original document.
Both the scanners have an Advanced Z-lid Expansion Top that can be raised to up to 20 mm to scan thick materials such as notebooks and scrapbook pages. The scanners comply with Energy Star ratings and are powered via a USB connector.
The General Manager and Executive Vice President of Canon USA, Yuichi Ishizuka, stated that the new scanners deliver superior results and demonstrate the company’s commitment to develop energy-efficient products.
