DILAS, the diode laser company, announces its high power vertical diode laser stack arrays. These devices are available in wavelength ranging from 630nm to 1900nm with output power up to 100W CW per bar.
DILAS' vertical stacks are designed specifically for applications such as diode pump solid-state laser, material processing, defense, reprographics and medical requiring kilowatts of continuous-wave (CW) or quasi-continuous-wave (QCW) laser power in a compact, easy to integrate package.
The water cooled vertical stack is available up to 70 stacked bars with collimation for fast-axis as well as fast-axis and slow-axis configuration. Enduring the toughest tolerances, our advanced housings, high precision optic mounting and online sensoric-testing give you full control and allows all beamlets to be parallel within +/- 3mrad to operate reliably.
The standard design includes a dust protective or a hermetically sealed housing with an AR-coated window. Several different models are available, with custom solutions upon request. In addition, the standard models DILAS provides can be customized to fit specific requirements for interfaces, beam propagation, mechanical dimensions, etc.
