Wyze Labs Introduces New 1080p Pan & Tilt Smart Home Camera, Wyze Cam Pan

A Seattle-based smart home technology startup, Wyze Labs, Inc., has launched a new, advanced 1080p pan & tilt camera called Wyze Cam Pan.

This latest product expands the company’s range of smart home cameras and further reinforces it as a serious competitor in the field of smart home technologies.

Wyze Cam is a hard act to follow. It pretty much does everything you'd expect from a smart home camera. So we decided to make one that pans and tilts to give you 360o view of your entire room.

Dongsheng Song, Wyze Labs' Co-founder and Head of Product

The Wyze Cam Pan includes all the features that are present in the original Wyze Cam as well as the Wyze Cam v2 launched earlier this year. The camera features 110 o rotation speed, 360o view range, motion tracking, and Pan ScanTM along with other feature enhancements. These features provide users a much more active experience with the Wyze Cam Pan, allowing them complete control over what they want to view and when they want to view it.

Wyze Labs was established in mid-2017 by a team of ex-Amazon workers. The aim of the company is to lower the barrier of smart home technology so that more number of individuals can have access and today, it is well on its way to achieving that goal. In a span of just seven months since the release of the original Wyze Cam, Wyze Labs has built a community of over 200,000 users, many of whom are engaged and highly active.

We're grateful to our community. Our business model is based on building trust with our users. With the support of our community, together we make great products and offer them at the lowest price possible.

Dave Crosby, Wyze Labs Co-founder
