Alpheus Communications, operator of an extensive fiber optic network across Texas, and HyperCube, LLC, a premier provider of local and national tandem services to carriers across the United States, today announced that HyperCube has selected Alpheus to provide critical network services to further enhance HyperCube’s growing volume of voice traffic.
HyperCube, whose customers include the nation’s largest wireless and wireline network operators, will employ Alpheus’ high speed and cost efficient optical network to deliver traffic between HyperCube’s existing long distance core network and carrier customers in the Texas metropolitan areas. Alpheus provides an extensible transport solution which HyperCube will leverage to extend reach and add capacity across the state. As HyperCube continues to expand its product set, this solution allows further growth into applications and services that require additional network capacity.
