Eco-Friendly, ClearLite CFLs Have the Natural Light People Want

“Amazon.com customers can now enjoy a CFL with clear white, natural lighting in addition to ClearLite’s environmentally conscious technology,” said Thomas Irvine, president and CEO of ClearLite.
ClearLite’s eco-friendly CFLs are designed to meet RoHS standards (Reduction of Hazardous Substances) and use a lead-free ECO base and solid mercury amalgam instead of the more potentially hazardous liquid mercury found in many other CFLs, Irvine said.
