Hettich America's innovative Lite-Inside wardrobe rails has been honored as one of Building Products Top 100 products. The 2009 Top 100 award is an editorial award recognizing products that generated the most editorial inquiries in 2008. In its 13th year, the Building Products Top 100 award is one of the building industry's most prestigious awards, because the recognition comes from Hettich America's builder and remodeler customers.
All of the winning products will be featured in the May/June issue of Building Products, Builder, Remodeling and Custom Home magazines. These are the four publications used to determine the winners of the Top 100 award. Editorial staff reviews product releases to see which have generated the greatest reader response. In 2008, over 3,000 product releases were published in these four magazines.
Lite-Inside features a light built into the wardrobe rail, which automatically turns on when the closet door opens making it easier to see clothes inside the closet. After a short time, the light automatically switches itself off again. Hettich's illuminated wardrobe rail uses LED technology.
