mPhase Showcases AlwaysReady Emergency Flashlight

mPhase Technologies, Inc. (OTC BB: XDSL.OB) showcased the AlwaysReady Emergency Flashlight on Thursday March 19 at the NanoBusiness Alliance Public Policy Tour Product Showcase in Washington, DC in the Russell Senate Office Building. The Product Showcase was the first unveiling of the AlwaysReady Emergency Flashlight.

The flashlight features a brushed aluminum finish with a sleek industrial design that is powered by two CR123 primary lithium batteries, as well as a new safety feature which provides AlwaysReady power in the event of an emergency. This new concept flashlight features a mechanically activated reserve battery. The primary battery and the mPhase reserve battery have separate tubular compartments that allow for easy loading and activation. Users will also benefit from a “low power” indicator. Both the CR123 and AlwaysReady Emergency battery are replaceable providing a lifetime of safety.

“We are extremely pleased with the innovative features and cool industrial design of the AlwaysReady Emergency Flashlight and look forward to bringing this to market,” said mPhase CEO Ron Durando. “It was very well received by those in attendance at the NanoBusiness Alliance Product Showcase, and we expect that consumers will be happy to have the availability of the unique safety features of this product.”
