EvoLux and ZetaLux LED Light Bulbs Receives UL Listing and FCC Certification

Advanced Lumonics, LLC, an early leader in the direct replacement LED lighting market through its consumer oriented EarthLED brand has announced its EvoLux and ZetaLux LED light bulbs have achieved UL Listing and FCC Certification.

Marking another first for EarthLED, the UL Listing validates the extensive efforts of Advanced Lumonics to make the EvoLux and ZetaLux the first true consumer friendly LED solutions for general lighting environments. The UL Listing will allow the use of EvoLux and ZetaLux in a variety of projects that require this certification prior to installation and open up many previously untapped markets for LED technology.

Introduced on Earth Day 2008, the EvoLux has come to represent just how far LED technology has come. Consuming only 13 watts, the EvoLux offers performance far above any other direct replacement LED light bulb currently available.

Despite only being on the market for three months, the EarthLED ZetaLux has become a runaway best seller. The ZetaLux offers an untouchable price/performance ratio in the direct replacement LED industry.

Both the EvoLux and ZetaLux have been designed to perform in conditions that CFL and incandescent lamps simply cannot. Innovative thermal management solutions, flame retardant plastic housings, and shatter proof lenses are all part of the comprehensive suite of features that signify the ZetaLux and EvoLux.

Advanced Lumonics plans to seek UL certifications for the rest of its LED product line with the goal of an entirely UL listed range by year end 2009.

Both UL Listed ZetaLux and EvoLux are available today from The EarthLED Store and Advanced Lumonics distribution partners.
