Reveal Imaging Receives Frost+Sullivan Award

Reveal Imaging Technologies, Inc., a developer of industry-leading threat detection solutions, announced today that it is one of the recipients of Frost & Sullivan's 2008 Excellence in Customer Value Enhancement Awards. The company was recognized for its ability to respond to its airport security customer base and provide value-added services that ensure strong return on investment (ROI).

The awards were announced at a banquet that took place on December 3, 2008, in San Antonio, Tex. "Frost & Sullivan's industry analysts conducted extensive research to determine that Reveal best demonstrated the ability to expand its customer base with more innovative value creation and enhancement strategies than its competition," said Michael Ellenbogen, president and CEO, Reveal. "Creating value for our customers has always been a top priority and we are pleased that a world-renowned independent research firm like Frost & Sullivan has validated our efforts, though the ultimate recognition for us is always a satisfied customer."

"We are proud to recognize these companies that have made client service an integral component of their growth strategy," explains David Frigstad, chairman, Frost & Sullivan. "Only those companies that support and maintain a customer-centric culture can continue to exist in today's marketplace, and a superior commitment to this initiative will ensure an organization's success."
