Cone Beam technology is quickly advancing the dental industry's approach to creating anatomically accurate treatment plans for successful diagnosis, implant procedures, and treatment planning. The GXCB-500 features a one-of-a-kind 'medium' field of view, which can be extended up to 14 cm in diameter by 8 cm in height, provides a "jaw"or molar-to-molar view, compared to a full "skull"view of the industry-leading i-CAT.
This medium view size makes the GXCB-500 a powerful diagnostic and treatment-planning tool, especially for implant planning, TMJ analysis, and small oral surgery procedures. The system's unique Amorphous Silicon Flat Panel sensor yields accurate, highly detailed image quality at the fastest scan and reconstruction rates in the industry (8.9 seconds and 20 seconds respectively), that allow dental teams to experience greatly improved workflow. Adding to the value of the GXCB-500, the system serves a dual function-it also features traditional digital panoramic imaging for capturing 2-D data.
Easy to integrate and operate, the GXCB-500's compact design conveniently fits in the office to create fast and precise digital images in just one patient visit. Due to the fast scan and reconstruction times, patient images are available within minutes, giving dentists the ability to immediately diagnose and accurately plan the case using the comprehensive yet easy-to-use software.
