Specialist in energy-saving lighting solutions, Acuity Brands has unveiled a new product series of LED lamps called the acculamp for institutional and commercial purposes such as education, hospitality and retail.
The acculamp series is the outcome of the business partnership between Neonlite Electronic & Lighting (HK) and Acuity Brands. The S-Series is the first product line in the acculamp series and comprises LED editions of AR111, MR16, PAR38, PAR30, PAR20 and PAR16 with multiple beam configurations and color temperatures.
The S-Series is an ideal substitute for ceramic and halogen metal-halide light sources. In addition to providing better operating life and energy saving, the S-Series offers superior quality of light, better color rendering index and high center beam candela power. It provides direct illumination on task.
According to George Mcilwraith, who serves as SVP of Luminaires and Lighting at Acuity Brands Lighting, the company has launched the acculamp product line to address the clients’ demands for an extensive range of high-performance LED lighting fixture systems. The new series sets off the company’s advanced lighting and controls systems, he added.
