Casio America has unveiled four new models of laser, LED hybrid projectors, namely the Casio Green Slim XJ-A150, XJ-A155V, XJ-A250, and XJ-A255V. The projectors offer a brightness level of 3,000 lm and remove the necessity for mercury bulbs.
LED Hybrid Projectors
The Casio Green Slim projectors weigh five pounds and measure 8.5×11×1.7 inches in height, width and depth, respectively. The XJ-A150 and the XJ-A155V projectors provide a 1,024×768 display resolution, while the XJ-A250 and the XJ-A255V feature a 1,280×800 resolution. The laser projectors have a wide-angle 2X zoon lens and an HDMI port.
In addition, the Green Slim XJ-A155V and XJ-A255V have an 802.11n wireless adapter as well as a USB 2.0 host function. The LED projectors’ USB 2.0 host functionalities enable users to provide presentations and exhibit video files, including Motion JPEG and AVI formats, and still images without connecting the projector to a computer.
