Curve LED Desk Lamp Receives Energy Star Label for Solid-State Luminaires

Finelite, a company specializing in energy-saving lighting products, has announced that the Curve LED desk lamp has received the ENERGY STAR label from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). In addition, the Curve LED will feature in the IES Progress Report 2010.s

Curve LED Desk Lamp

The Curve LED desk lamp features a QuickTouch full range dimming capability and an efficient Cree XP-E LED package. The lamp has field replaceable LEDs that offer a brightness level of 49 lm/W and a total light output of 363 lm. The Curve lamp comes with LM-80 and LM-79 data and complies with Buy American Act of 2009.

Finelite’s Curve LED also won the Best in Class award in the DOE LED NGL design competition in 2009.

Finelite’s VP of Sales and Marketing, Jane White stated that the company’s LED luminaires underwent meticulous testing to receive the ENERGY STAR label, which means that the company can now provide durable lighting solutions to consumers.
