American Greetings Corporation has introduced a new range of greeting cards that possess digital content. These cards offer entirely new features such as celebratory wishes and comics for consumers. Last year, the company had launched LCD enhanced greeting cards that helped consumers to upload photos.
The cards contain high quality LCD displays and possess multi-image slideshows that enable users to express in new ways. Consumers can hear comical screams of babies and animals; listen to birthday wishes delivered by a basketball announcer and dance with famous dancers.
Carol Miller, executive director of American Greetings said that the company desired to produce an innovative greeting card to give consumers a superior experience at an affordable price. She said that both senders and recipients would like the enhanced greeting cards.
