Photonis' Cricket is designed to allow cameras to capture images across a wide spectral range, from 200 to 900 nm. Using a universal C-mount interface, the Cricket can be easily connected. Just adjust the fine focus and start.
Besides providing an intensified image, the Cricket can also convert NIR and UV photons into green photons with emission features that flawlessly match the spectral response of a solid state camera.
An optional gating module makes high 3 ns temporal resolution possible. Cricket supports 1 µlx sensitivity or single photon counting.
The Cricket is well-matched with most CCD, EMCCD, CMOS, and sCMOS cameras, and is suitable for several applications including FLIM, plasma research, physics and corona detection.
