Laser Devices Rolls Out Infrared Laser Pointers for Law Enforcement Agencies

Laser Devices, manufacturer of electro-optical devices, has unveiled three new laser pointers for Law Enforcement agencies who need laser devices that will not harm the public.

The OTAL-Classic, ITAL-Classic, EOLAD-1I and DBAL-I2 laser pointers are developed with sophisticated technologies and are powered using a Class I, infrared laser pointer for night vision devices. The laser pointers emit low power output, making them eye-safe and can be sold in the commercial market.

IR Laser Pointers

The laser pointers are manufactured from MIL-SPEC Type III hardcoat anodized aluminum and meet the MIL-STD-810G specifications for unfavorable environmental conditions. The devices are waterproof to 20 meters and are governed by ITAR and FDA regulations.

The OTAL-Classic and ITAL-Classic laser pointers have a width of 1.4” and a length of 2.8”. The OTAL pointer can be mounted behind the M4 style rifles’ front sight whereas the ITAL can be mounted on rifles that have a cropped front sight or on flat top rifles. The EOLAD-1I laser pointer integrates the efficiency and speed of the L-3 EOTech 552 Holographic Weapon Sight with the precision and power of the IR laser pointer. This combination offers swift acquisition and delivers high shooting accuracy.

The DBAL-I2 laser device features a Class I infrared laser pointer and a Class IIIa visible green or red laser pointer. The device enables users to move from day light operations to low light operations conveniently.
