BFi OPTiLAS Launches Tunable DPSS Laser System for Laser Spectroscopy Applications

BFi OPTiLAS has released a new kHz tunable DPSS laser system with an integrated OPO in a single unit.

TUNABLE KHZ INTEGRATED LASER

The laser system is suitable for use in laser spectroscopy, gas spectroscopy, metrology, remote sensing, photobiology, photolysis and laser-induced fluorescence applications.

Ekspla has developed the tunable DPSS laser system that offers narrow linewidth output in the range of 210 nm to 12 µ. In addition, it offers pulse duration of around 3 to 5 ns at 100 Hz to 2.5 kHz repetition rate.

The output wavelength of the laser system can be established from a PC via RS232 interface using the included LabView drivers or from a control pad consisting of backlit display.  BFi OPTILAS and Ekspla have established partnerships in the Nordic countries, United Kingdom, Italy and France.
