B+W Tek Open New European Office in Germany

B&W Tek, an advanced instrumentation company producing optical spectroscopy and laser systems announces its new European office, B&W Tek Europe, based in Lübeck, Germany.

“Our new facility in northern Germany will allow us to better capitalize on the ever-growing European market,” says Dr. Sean Wang, CEO of B&W Tek, “This new entity will be fully staffed to provide the necessary marketing, technical sales and engineering support to our existing channels and distributors as well as develop new business relationships in the area.”

B&W Tek is proud to announce Daniel Barchewitz as the Managing Director of the new facility. Daniel has over ten years of experience in the photonics industry, with an outstanding track record in sales and product management at companies such as Polytec GmbH and Coherent Lübeck GmbH. He not only brings an extensive knowledge of laser and spectrometer technology and applications, but also a deep understanding of the European market.
