CRAIC Launches 64-bit Version of ImageUV Imaging Software

Developer of UV-visible-NIR microspectrometers, CRAIC Technologies has launched a 64-bit version of the imaging software package, ImageUV.

The software is developed to accumulate, evaluate and process the images from the CRAIC microspectrophotometers and microscopes. The ImageUV-64 software is designed for both scientific research and industrial processes. It is easy-to-use and has sophisticated digital imaging analysis and control features.

The ImageUV-64 software integrates sophisticated 64-bit software with advanced optics and hardware of the UV-visible-NIR range microscopes. It enables the user to manage the entire digital imaging systems present in CRAIC microscopes and to obtain high-quality near infrared and color images under any given lighting conditions. The ImageUV-64 software then analyses the obtained images. It incorporates two operational modes; a password protected engineering mode and a production level mode.

CRAIC’s President, Dr. Paul Martin stated that customers wish to utilize the ImageUV software with new 64-bit processors for enhanced speed and for processing large sets of data. He added that the imaging software is ideal for R&D labs as well as for manufacturing purposes.
