The VERTEX 70 series features a novel design and offers high-flexibility and high-performances for challenging
analytical and research applications. The data acquisition is based on two channel deltasigma ADCs with a 24-bit dynamic
range and running in parallel, integrated into the detector preamplifier electronics. This sophisticated DigiTect technology eliminates external
signal disturbance and ensures the highest signal-to-noise ratio.
Wide Spectral Range
The VERTEX 70 and the 70v can be optionally eqipped with additional optical
components to span the spectral range from 15 cm-1 (10 cm-1 for VERTEX 70v) in the far IR/THz, through the mid and near IR up to the visible/UV spectral range at 28,000 cm-1. With its
permanently aligned RockSolid interferometer and pre-aligned optical components, the range change is easy and maintenance-free.
The removable optics bench of the VERTEX 70v vacuum FT-IR spectrometer helps
reaching PEAK sensitivity in the near-, mid-, and far-IR/THz regions without masking very weak spectral features caused by CO2
absorptions or water vapour. It is therefore an excellent system for applications in the filed of nano-science.
BRAIN: Bruker Artificial Intelligence Network
BRAIN is a network of intelligent functions that include recognition of optical components and sampling accessories, automatic check and set up of
measurement parameters, which enable FT-IR spectroscopy to be quick, easy, and reliable. Additionally, the permanent online check of the spectrometer components makes the instrument diagnostics and maintenance extremely simple. A complete suite of software tools ensures this functionality.
Plug & Play: Easy Set Up
Regardless of the location, once the power cord and Ethernet connection are plugged in, the VERTEX 70 is ready to operate. The Ethernet connection to the VERTEX 70 guarantees the control of the spectrometer through the World Wide Web or the network.
