STEMMER IMAGING will be displaying its latest camera technologies such as IDS’s high speed data transfer USB 3.0 uEye CP camera at the Midlands Design & Manufacturing exhibition, for the first time.
This exhibition, which is scheduled between 23 and 24 May, 2012, is a part of NEC, UK, where 2D and 3D smart cameras, area scan and linescan cameras that enable 2D matrix, 1D barcode, character reading and verification applications, will be showcased.
The high speed data transfer rates up to 400 MBps facilitate the efficient performance of ultra compact (29 x 29 x 29 mm) uEye CP colour camera. In addition, the new USB 3.0 interface camera ensures extensive data rich applications. The data transfer rate has been increased by 10x than USB 2.0 and shows 4x increase in speed than the GigE interface. The standard industrial cables enables data transmission distances of over 10 m.
The production industrial application of 3D vision measurements can be represented by demonstrating LMI Technologies’ Gocator 3D smart camera. Here, the measurements are demonstrated on a wheel. A large number of volumetric analysis can be carried out using Gocator , where its whole part feature measurement capabilities enables such analysis. Gocator is being offered in high resolution models that ensure detailed inspections and increased precision.
At the exhibition, Teledyne DALSA’s major BOA 2D smart cameras such as Sherlock software-based BOA Pro version, and the BOA IDR version that serve code and pattern reading applications, will be showcased. Furthermore, Sherlock software along with linescan cameras that enable high resolution label inspection will also be demonstrated during the exhibition.
