LightPath Displays Designs for Blue Laser Collimating Lenses at OVC Expo

Developer of optical products, LightPath Technologies is displaying the extended lens list at the Optics Valley of China International Optoelectronic Exposition and Forum (OVC Expo). The event is taking place in the Hubei province, China from November 2 to November 5, 2010.

LightPath is displaying its latest, sophisticated designs for blue laser collimating lenses and aspheric laser tool lenses. The Chief Executive Officer of LightPath, Jim Gaynor stated that the company would be able to connect to various optical manufacturing firms in Wuhan by displaying at this expo. He added that the company would use the OVC Expo to target market in the Asian region, and become an OEM provider of optical units in China.

The OVC Expo is a key gathering for optical manufacturers, engineers, and designers involved in manufacturing optical components, in the Wuhan Optical Valley. This year’s event is jointly organized by the People's Government of Hubei Province, Chinese Academy of Engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences, State Intellectual Property Office, Ministry of Education, National Development and Reform Commission, Ministry of Science and Technology, and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.
